Job Description
This role will cover the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill territories with travel to the outlying markets. This position will report to the Sales Manager and will require traveling to multiple sites each day. Our corporate office and brewery are located in Charlotte, North Carolina but this role will be remote to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area. You will be required to visit the corporate office occasionally as instructed by the Sales Manager. In this role, you'll also collaborate with multiple distributor partners to support our diverse portfolio of malt beverage brands, including functional and innovation-forward beverages, ensuring strong representation and execution across the assigned territory. Base pay is competitive with monthly bonuses and mileage expenses will be paid by the company.
Who You Are:
You call Raleigh or Durham home. You have 2-3 minimum years of demonstrated successful sales experience opening new accounts, increasing distribution, volume growth, and working with distributors and local establishments that serves or would like to serve our brand. You have a proven ability to build new relationships and maintain them. You are competitive, self-motivated, and passionate about growing the brand alongside your teammates with a willingness to learn and be coached in real time.

Our legacy began in Hannover, Germany in 1526 by our founder, Cord Broyhan. On a mission to create the purest and lightest beer Germans have ever tasted, Broyhan trademarked his recipe, branding every bottle with a “Broyhan Taylor” (rooster icon). In 1546, when other brewers copied his recipe, the town of Hannover created a guild (pronounced Gil-deh in German) to regulate the quality of the beer and the brewing techniques. Thus, the Gilde brand was born, a legacy in the making.
Our hometown of Hannover, Germany has a unique connection to Charlotte’s namesake, Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz was also the electress and Queen of Hannover.
