At Gallagher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Gallagher's future and unlocking unparalleled opportunities for both clients and yourself – while experiencing The Gallagher Way, a culture fueled by shared values and a collective passion for excellence.How you'll make an impactIdentify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s payroll/HRIS platformBuild and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environmentSuccessfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized mannerCreate and document standard payroll processing procedures.Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficientlyProvide payroll compliance assistance and guidance, as well as communicate best practicesPrioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlinesAbout YouEnd to end payroll processing.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator type role.Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP.Attention to detail, comfort with numbers, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting.Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification.#LI-AV1Compensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
